Loyyal offers low cost programme management for brands, through a decentralised blockchain platform with smart contract technology. For example, using automated rules to award or redeem rewards or points in real-time. Consumers need to use only one app to track, accumulate and use all reward points earned through Loyyal-based programmes. The existing settlement and clearing process post-issuance or redemption is replaced with a real-time process, dramatically lowering operating costs while improving effectiveness and profitability.
Founded in 2015, Loyyal has made rapid strides since inception in creating a presence for itself in both the US and the Middle East markets. It is involved in programmes and partnerships with some of the biggest names in rewards industry including Emirates, IBM, Dubai Holding (investment company of the Dubai royal family), iNet, Deloitte, and Cap Gemini.
Loyyal is a founding member of the Dubai Global Blockchain Council and the Hyperledger Project. it is one of only 30 companies (out of 2,300 applicants) accepted into the inaugural Dubai Future Accelerators (DFA) program last year. DFA is a Dubai government venture that focuses on the identification and deployment of futuristic prototypes and products at a city-wide scale. Loyyal is also a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and Chamber of Digital Commerce.
